The Coral Reef Mod is a modification for the game Minecraft. It adds over 100 new resources and blocks to the game. This mod also adds three new characters, the Kree, Tauren, and the Nerf peoples. This mod can be downloaded and used to play the vanilla version of the game or the Mod version.
The main aim of Coral Reef is to take the vanilla concept and combine it with the beauty of the sea in a new way. The game will then feature realistic sea life and coral reefs, giving players a real life experience while playing on the sea. The mod can be played in three difficulty levels, beginner, intermediate and expert. There is also a “campaign” mode which adds extra challenges to your survival.
There are many islands available for the player to build. However, these islands have a finite amount of space so it is recommended that players plant crops and build on islands only when they are full. Each island can be mined for resources and sold in the market. Once the resource has been sold, it cannot be depleted unlike the sand which is replenished every two minutes.
The blocks for Coral Reef are crafted using wood, sand, and coral. The first generation of islands uses wood and sand as their blocks, however later generations introduce block materials such as coral and marbles into the mix. Marbles and coral are not the traditional coral reefs, but it is more visually appealing and does not require any additional resources. All the other islands can be constructed using either wood sand or coral.
There are two types of coral blocks. The first type is the ‘hardy coral’, which is the strongest of all coral and is the standard for novice players. The second type is the soft coral, which is weaker than hard coral but allows players to easily tame them. Once tamed, they will slowly grow in size, becoming bigger and stronger as they spread through the water.
Islands are a great way to relax on a rainy day. They do not require players to use too much fishing equipment to maintain, thus making them the preferred island to start out with. In addition, they are great places for players to go snorkeling, as the water is teeming with life. Taming them and maintaining them are also very easy to do, making them a good choice for players who want to start out with their island but do not yet have the capital to spend on bigger, more expensive equipment.
