Fallingtree Forge& Fabric is a very detailed and realistic forge and model construction game. It is a very nice take on the idea of a “mod” that not only adds to the game, but makes it very realistic. The fact that this game is on Steam is really encouraging, since it means that there are many people who have actually played this and loved it. If you like what you see, you will love playing it.
One of the most enticing aspects of this game is that it lets you build almost anything using the resources found in the game. This includes houses, farms, workshops, and even whole cities. You can build these all by simply placing the appropriate resources down. Once you have placed all the materials down, you simply place your blueprint in the workshop and start to construct. You can place all of these structures on top of one another for large buildings, or place them one in front of the other for small villages.
There are so many different ways in which you can build. Some of the things that you can build include homes, farms, workshops, and businesses. When you build a structure, you can add as many furnaces, ovens, repairmen, secretaries, treasurers, and more right on up to the roof. This means that the amount of items that you can place in your city, is limited only by your imagination. Once you start putting together your first building, the sky is literally the limit!
Another aspect of this game that really caught my attention was the furnishing. Now, furnishing in this game is different than just about any other type of furnishing. Instead of the usual crafting items such as plates, chairs, tables, and other items, you will find actual metal objects which are used to construct various items. You can craft swords, battleaxes, gunboats, steam shovels, rocket packs, and so much more. Everything is made out of the sturdy metal metals of steel, iron, and copper.
When it comes to furnishing, the items are divided up into three main categories. These are combat, tools, and food/drink crafting. There are many different types of objects that fall under each category, and everything has a purpose in the game. You can craft food which provides you with sustenance, tools which provide you with the ability to create 1.16.5 structures, and combat items which provide you with the ability to fight off other players or monsters. The combat items are split up further into three separate categories, which include melee weapons, ranged weapons, and shields.
All of the crafting recipes are available from lootable resources, or from crafting stores which can be found on the map. You can also purchase upgrades for your equipment through the in-game money supply. One of the best parts of the mod is that you can actually sell your items through the auction house and receive a percentage of the sale price. This is done by researching the prices of various items and then contacting an auctioneer.
