One of the most requested mods for my gaming computer, Heroic Armory 1.16.5 took some time to get right. It needed to be more realistic and have a lot of functionality. The one thing I noticed immediately about this mod is that there are two different starting weapons, each with their own unique look and style. There are also several types of enchanted weapons that can be added to your game (for example, you could make an enchanted warhammer into a magical warhammer). There are several Unique items in the game as well, such as enchanted books (which increases your book capacity by +5), enchanted potions, and an enchanted crossbow.
My favorite part of the mod is the mod menu 1.16.5, which gives you a quick overview of all of the changes that have been made. I especially like that there is an options panel so that you can switch back and forth between two mods quickly. There are some minor complaints about this version of windows 10 mods, but these seem to be mostly nitpicks. For example, only certain “enchanted” books are recognized as enchanted in the game, which would make potions very overpowered.
I like the fact that this Heroic Armory minecraft mod offers four types of enchanted weapons. I particularly like the two-handed mace, a great selection of quality items that is both practical and looks great in my game. I think it’s a terrific idea to allow the player to mix and match various enchanted items to make up a personal armory. I especially like how the item “God Sword” can be configured to give a special attack when used in conjunction with another enchanted item. This means that players can have an almost perfectly balanced arsenal, complete with mace, god sword, and two handed swords, among other items.
Overall, I really love the way this version of minecraft is moddable. It’s not like many other minecraft mods that just basically take your existing files and change them, but this one adds a few neat features. The fact that it’s minecraft themed is a huge plus, as well. Just make sure to backup the files you may need before attempting any modding.
One thing I really like about the armor mod is how much it makes me feel like a total raider. The fact that all armors have the same stats makes the game feel a lot tougher. Also, because all armors have the same visuals–namely, their capabilities–you can get really creative with them. There are some cool looking sets of armor which combine heavy armor with light armor for extra protection. On the bottom of the armor you’ll find a series of numbers which represents your armor class and can vary based on your level.
As I’ve said, I really like this version of an armory mod. It adds a bit of strategy and tactics to the game and doesn’t seem to cause any lag. Try it out for yourself, and give it a go! You might be surprised by what you come up with!
