Inventory Tweaks is a very popular mod for all Minecraft players, it allows you to completely alter the way your character stores and handles their belongings. This way you can have nearly unlimited capacity for every type of item you want to carry and once you’ve created that perfectly optimized inventory system you will never need to worry about space problems again. It will also make your game play much smoother as you will be able to see everything you have and where it is. There are many different options available to you and after a while you may decide which combinations are best for you and the changes will become second nature to you. I will discuss a few simple changes that will make your gameplay more fluid and convenient.
The first thing that is incredibly useful is the addition of stacks to your inventory. By adding stacks to your inventory you will be able to identify an item easily and be able to store it in another area without taking up too much space. You will also be able to stack multiple types of items together. For example, if you wanted to have a bunch of swords at your disposal you could place them side by side, on top of each other or even on an angle so that you could have both a throwing sword and a sword for dual wielding.
Now that we know how useful this mod is lets talk about some of the things that you can do with it. One thing you can do is place any item you have equipped into an empty bag and then immediately remove it from your inventory. This will not only allow you to free up a lot of room but it will also save you time by letting you quickly pick an item out of your bag and place it in your bag. Another handy trick is to use a bag as a backpack. Many bags will let you stack items on top of them and when you place the backpack on top of the bag will automatically compress the weight to the most compact size.
I know this is pretty obvious but it is something I see many players miss. There are several recipes in the game that require you to place the item in a specific container. For example, you are required to place the leather of gloves in a lock case before you can use it in crafting. Well, I have found a way around this which should be noted. By using a cube, you can place whatever item you want in the cube, then when you place the cube on the item to be used, it will compress the item and place it on the lock case instead of on your hands.
One of my final and very useful inventory tweaks involves the use of lock cases and totes. Before I discovered this method I wasted a lot of time looking for the perfect container for all of my crafting items. After discovering this method I was able to place all of my ingredients, loot and trash in my new multi-level bag loot sack. The multi-level bag loot sack looks exactly like a bag that you would find on a shelf in your house but is capable of storing a much larger amount of loot than your average sack and is very sturdy. You can also place several of these totes inside of each other to increase the total number of items you can store.
As you can see there are many different ways to make some minor changes to your inventory. Although these changes do not provide you with a huge overhaul of your inventory, it does increase your efficiency in finding the items you need. All of these tweaks are easy enough to implement and can be found in any of the many great Elder Scrolls Online guides that are freely available online. If you really want to get a jump-start into the game, then make sure to look into one of these guides and start implementing any of the many inventory tweaks that they have.
