Not so long ago, I was having a discussion with a few friends of mine about the Minecraft – Tank Mod. We were discussing whether or not it was better to tank or not tank in Minecraft. The topic came up because I noticed that some of my friends had a lot of trouble with their tanks and what I thought were weak spots on their characters. They told me that they loved playing the Paladin class, but the problem with their tanking was that their characters could be killed very easily if they didn’t know how to play their tanking skills properly.
I told them to make sure that they knew everything there was to know about the Paladin class, and then they would be able to play the tank role just fine. I suggested that they learn to play the “air” role, which is the tank. I know that this class can be tricky when you first start out, but when you get the hang of it you will feel much more confident. Plus you can also play the “air” tank while your paladin is tanking.
My friend responded by asking if I thought it was okay for him to tank while his paladin was in the front line. He said that he did not mind, but that he had some trouble with his leveling and he didn’t know where to get help. I told him that you do not have to be a “pure” tank, you can mix it up a little bit and make it work. If you know how to play the Paladin character, you can mix it up a little bit and tank some people and damage some people while healing others. Everyone will still die in vanilla Minecraft, but it will take some time.
This is something that many people struggle with when they first start. Learning all the skills and abilities of all the classes can be a bit overwhelming. Plus, when you really stop and think about it you are just putting people at risk, and you should never be that person. You should only ever play what you know. When you know how to tank, you should know how to play your character effectively and how to play against your enemies.
This is just another one of those “how to’s” that will be taught in the Minecraft Mod. This one I am going to show you will not only save you time, but some of your money as well. Instead of buying all those mods you do not need, you can learn how to play the game with the Minecraft Mod. It costs nothing to try it out, and could even be fun!
Imagine yourself in the game playing as the Viking. You look just like them from the looks on the screen. Just like you, nobody really knows or understands how you would handle being tanked, but you can do it just fine. Once you get more experience with the Viking and become more comfortable in playing the game, you may find a tank that fits your build very well.
