Team Rustic is a team building and role-playing game based on the TV show of the same name. The story follows two friends as they seek to save the world after a massive nuclear war has left the land divided into two different regions. As a team, you’ll have to work together to overcome the adversity thrown your way. This game is great for people of all ages, however it does tend to get very confusing at times. If you find yourself running in a fog at some point, don’t worry, I’ve got some tips to help clear things up:
The first major thing you need to know before getting started with Team Rustic 3 – adventure magic and tech! is that your character needs a set of clothes that fit properly. Specifically, your character needs a ‘Raggedy’ shirt (I think this is called the Raggedy Solution? ), a brown jacket (the ‘Brick jacket’, also from the TV show), pants, and shoes (especially helpful if you are into speed). Also, make sure you wear at least one banana, and if possible an extra one or two layers if the weather’s bad out there.
So now that we have the clothing down, let’s talk about moving around! You’ll be a member of your team’s group, so you’ll need to move around and get into various positions. Look at the screen for your team icon, which will tell you how many action points each of you has, and where your character can be found next to his/her icon. You can also mouse-over each position to see a more detailed description of it.
The next thing you should do is choose a starting room. Each room will have a few challenges for you to complete before you move on. A couple of these include getting up to the highest platform possible, and then performing an acrobatic task (I suggest trying to jump of a rope or something). If you haven’t seen the team members in the picture when you started the game, you should click on their pictures to see who they are.
The next challenge will be to get to the bottom of the cave! This will involve climbing a rope, using torches, jumping from platform to platform, and using a variety of tools to dig through the ground. When you reach the bottom, you’ll have to use your tools on a statue to move forward, and collect more bricks (brick is the item you find with the tool you used to climb up). The whole objective is to make it to the end of the map without letting any of your team members fall or get hurt!
To finish off the game, you’ll have to do some final jumps and platform falls in order to reach the goal. This stage is best played with as many people involved as possible (as to make things even more fun). One person at a time will act as the rescuer, while everyone else uses their individual skills to help the one in trouble. You will earn points by helping each person on their way, but more points are awarded if you are a team player!
