The Aether 1.16.5 mod is a completely new approach to the game and gives players an unlimited amount of freedom. It also improves the graphics and overall performance of the game. The mod is completely free to download, which is a big plus. I have created a small guide to help you get started with the mod.
The Aether Minecraft Mod actually overhauls the game in many ways, but we will not discuss those here. Instead, we will discuss what the mod is about and what s it all about. Basically, it changes the entire game and introduces a new world with different types of mobs, biomes and many more things that can be improved and altered with the use of the mod.
The main feature of the mod is the introduction of the “DM Console” – which is a type of crafting table. Inside, players will be able to craft almost every single item from items dropped by mobs. These items are then turned into enchanted blocks, which can be used in several ways. At higher levels, players can create 1.16.5 their own enchanted chests, which give extra benefits.
However, we will not be discussing these aspects here. Instead, we will discuss the party system in detail. In the vanilla game, all players needed to do to start the game was to enter the minecraft forge and place their trust in an entity, either a god or a creature, that would grant them the power to create and shape the world. This system proved extremely difficult to balance, as it was next to impossible to control large numbers of entities at the same time; something that was addressed by The Aether Minecraft Mod. Now, instead of having to worry about trying to control too many entities at the same time, players can now have just one god to command the mobs and caves, while using chat commands to make other things, like controlling 1.16.5 air, light, water and hunger.
The second major feature that The Aether Minecraft Mod adds to the game is the new “Dimensional Doors”. You will need to know more about this feature if you are interested in playing The Aether Mod. Basically, while inside any building, rooms, or dungeons, players will find a door that will allow them to go to another part of the map. If you enter a room while inside a building but didn’t use the door, you will be teleported to a random location on the map. This feature will allow players to avoid mobs and monsters that will attack while they are traveling to a different part of the map, which greatly reduces the time it takes for players to complete the quests.
The third major feature that The Aether Mod adds is the new crafting recipes. As we have already discussed, players can use the vanilla resources to craft most of the items in The Aether Mod. However, there are a few additions that make the vanilla recipes significantly more powerful than what they were in the vanilla game. For example, a recipe for a wand requires less wood and a bit more spider eye stone than a recipe for an armor. It’s unclear whether these recipes are meant to balance the Vanilla Mod or if they are simply meant to increase gameplay. Only you will know.
