This is not a typical parkour map! I’m going to tell you why that is and show you an alternative way to go about learning parkour. Many people think that parkour is about sticking to the floor and bouncing off walls. This is not at all the case. The real parkour map is made up of two aspects.
Firstly, you have to learn how to move gracefully. The way you move whilst parkour will determine how smooth and how bouncy you can be. This is one of the most important fundamentals of parkour. If you bounce or slide off a wall then you won’t be able to move gracefully. You need to learn how to transfer yourself between the two points on the ground in order to complete your move.
Moving gracefully also means being able to keep your balance for a longer period of time. If you drop off while parkour then you are done for. Balance is essential. To practice balance, you can try to balance yourself up against a wall. Try to keep your center of gravity over the handle bars so that it doesn’t shift throughout the whole movement. This is how to practice parkour!
Next there is safety. This is possibly the most important thing. It is recommended that if you don’t want to get hurt then you shouldn’t do parkour until you’ve at least gained some knowledge and experience. This is the only safe way to learn it since most people who teach people new moves often do it under the watchful eye of a professional.
There is a lot of equipment out there to help you learn parkour. Some of it is expensive and some of it is extremely cheap. I suggest starting with the cheap stuff until you can afford to buy some more expensive equipment. This way you can practice for anything at all, whether it’s the perfect jump or landing a trick perfectly on the sidewalk.
This is not a map! There isn’t any way to prove where to go or what to do in parkour. You will have to discover it for yourself. There are many places to learn it but I recommend starting with videos from people who are already using it.
This is not a video you watch. This is a guide for people who have just started to learn parkour on video. It shows you exactly what to do and how to do it. It also shows you what not to do in parkour and what to avoid doing. This is by far the best way to get the most out of your moves.
This is not a map! So, what is the point of having one if this isn’t a parkour map? The point is for you to be able to start practicing immediately and move forward. By not knowing where to go or what to do you’re just stagnating. I would highly recommend getting a guide for parkour as soon as possible so that you don’t have to waste time learning useless information and wasting time that could be going into doing something more useful.
